Great job done, Josue was very friendly and helpful.
A 2-man crew, led by Tomás Vargas, performed interior & exterior work. My curiosity about the details of their work did not bother them. Tomás displayed considerable ingenuity in working around a write-up oversight in the interface between existing downspouts & the buried PVC pipes. The crew was undaunted by recurring showers as they buried the downspout extensions. They were much more conscientious about cleaning up the work areas than expected.
Permaseal employees are always so helpful. We have used them for many years. Josh was able to answer my questions concerning the Basement Defender via a phone call. He answered my questions. He is very patient. Josue, a technician, came out today. He replaced the broken charger and reinstalled my app. He was patient and was able to answer all my questions.
Great experience! We had Walter come out and he was so nice and explained everything so thorough. Highly recommend them!
