I was upfront with salesman several times about needing 1" raised pitch on patio cement to accommodate brick work around it. I expressed concern that this was not expressly indicated in contract. Salesman verbally stated "it's an industry standard" but would not put anything in writing (email). The installer acknowledged that I was paying for the 1" raised pitch, twice.
