Saw Dr. Wills in August after being recommended by a friend. The only 2 appointments I had were uncomfortable and he kept pushing religion on me despite me telling him that’s where most of my trauma is from. After my last appointment I tried calling to get my meds refilled but my calls were never answered! Immediately found a new practice because I needed my medication and I was almost out. Found out on Oct. 2nd that Dr. Wills was arrested for sexual assault.

I called today needing my medication refills and discovered they are permanently closed I just saw Dr wills 3 weeks ago and he never mentioned closing at all he only wanted to talk about the supposed rapture coming in Sept on the 22nd which was totally unprofessional but I let it go now I find out he is closed I find that totally disrespectful to his patients leaving us all to find different providers with no notice .He really doesn't ever need to go back into practice again.

Beware! This is an absolutely horrible office. If I could give them negative stars I would gladly do so. They closed down without any notice at all, no information to call or get records. My son takes meds because he has schizophrenia but we don’t have a way to refill them. Puts us in a very bad situation. I’m trying to find his records but am having no luck.

Would no longer recommend these providers. Cannot get anyone to answer phone calls or return messages regarding refilling meds for a family member. Not a great position to place a mental health patient in. Truly wonder if they are even open or staffed anymore. Seeking information on filing a complaint with the Idaho Board of Medicine or other appropriate governing agency.

Unreliable. Unprofessional. I’ve attached a text that was sent out by Perma a little after midnight on 7/31/2025. Since my beginning at the clinic I have lost several NPs without notice or explanation, had appointments cancelled without notice, as well as moved a location without notice. They seem to have no problem messaging in the middle of the night though. Perma has had frequent delays in filling my medications. I have also never once had an appointment that started on time.
