Had Dale and Team work on our shower. We had an older home and needed to work with a plumber to help replace pipes. The team worked together and everything came out good, the shower feels like we are at a fancy hotel. We had our 90 year old tub resurfaced and the wall inserts replaced. No project is with out issues, weather, first plumber not showing, people getting sick, cars breaking down anything can happen and they came through. Dale did an excellent job installing a insert to fix my cracked fiberglass tub. It took a little while for them to contact me for an estimate but once that was done it was installed within 2 weeks.

Lack of communication.
They were prompt and very courteous. They gave very comprehensive instruction for care and cleaned up nicely. Everyone thinks it's a new tub and are stunned to find out it was refinished! I'll be recommending them for anyone who has a autumn green tub that want's it be white!
Job will not begin until April of this year. Company, very busy.
