They seem to think they can outsmart people with their shotty repair and neglect to take ownership of it all. We had them come out around two years ago, install two pumps and a backup battery fast forward to now and they refuse to fix the issue, and say that the warranty isn't valid. They are a big-time scam, we have conversations saved, receipts, etc. They will do anything they can to get out of what they are liable for.
