I have used a lot of their chinking and stains and recommend them to everyone but their clear coats in the 5 gallon size do not come with a lid on the bucket with an opening that allows you to pour the liquid into smaller containers, very unhandy and messy, I cannot recommend them at all because of this, please fix this, your stains come with the proper lid just put that lid on the clear coats please

Great service! We ordered the battery op bulk gun and had so much trouble with it. A member of their team (from the WA office, I think) got on FaceTime with us to observe what was happening, verified that it wasn't working and overnighted a replacement gun. As for the product ... after just an hour of working with the Permachink we were pros. My recommendation is keep a spray bottle handy and keep it damp while you are working with it.
