Excellent products and service for log home owners in Washington and across the country. We have used Permachink stains and sealants for many years with great success. The Redmond office is always nice and helpful and great to work with. Highly recommend to anyone!
Their customer service was impeccable. I had to completely strip my cabin down and rechink and stain it from scratch. There's no way I could have done this without their help. The products all worked as advertised.
Our log home is 20 year old now & Permachink has provided us with knowledgeable assistance on their quality products. We will continue to use them exclusively for the care of our home. Shipping was prompt & received in good condition. We highly recommend for all your log home finishes.
This business has outstanding customer service. My product was damaged in shipping and they shipped the new product immediately. I ran out of product and it was also shipped on the same day I ordered it.
