Dr. Jeffery Zonderman did not address any of my concerns and put off all my questions to next appointment. He asked me unprofessional and condescending line of questioning about my salary and what I can and cannot afford. The guy literally said "I don't know how much you make but this costs alot and insurance will not cover it" he went on "If you have a million bucks in the bank..." Very professional & experience
I had a very disappointing experience at Perlmutter Eye Center. The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude, disrespectful, and made me feel uncomfortable during my visit. I also noticed a tattoo depicting a person being lynched, which I found deeply disturbing and inappropriate in a medical setting. On top of that, the medication I was prescribed did not help my symptoms at all. I expected much better communication, professionalism, and care from a specialized eye center.
