Excellent diagnosis.
I appreciated the convenience of scheduling an appointment at this clinic, and the doctor was kind and professional overall. It was easy to get in, which I really value. However, I’m giving 3 stars due to concerns about hygiene and patient comfort during and after the exam. After my Pap smear, there were no soft wipes available in the exam room or bathroom for cleanup — only rough paper towels like the ones by the sink. Dr. Hasham couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive to my needs for a swimmer’s ear infection. She asked several questions and conducted a quick exam of my ear to confirm her diagnosis. She prescribed an effective antibiotic. She made sure I didn’t have questions or concerns after the exam. Finally, I was able to see her within an hour of needing the appointment. Completely satisfied.
Catherine was knowledgable, willing to share important facts about skin care. Very welcoming. Medical Assistant was welcoming as well, asked pertinent info about reason for visit. Overall very enjoyable visit, came away with new insights on skin care.
Dr Kathryn Leyrer was direct, thoughtful and professional. I appreciated her recommendations and referrals.
