Whoever the operator is that is on duty, he was very rude. He cut me off before I could finish my sentence. Also, when asked do I need to make this request specific to anyone he goes as I stated before you need to fax it to this dedicated number. His whole tone was unprofessional and when I mentioned it he told me I need to have my hearing check. I highly recommend listening to the call.
