This was the worst experience with a rental manager we have ever dealt with. First of all, we arrived on the 5th of August and the house was not ready yet. It hadn't been cleaned and had food in the fridge etc. even though we were paying from the 1st of the month on, she didn't send cleaners til the 7th and we had to vacate the house.
