They can’t even check their own camera to let you know how your car was damaged. The police even said to tell them to check and then I could report it if needed. If you need help in this building, they are VERY un helpful
We’ve been living here for three years now, and it’s been a great experience with very little to complain about.
Seems like something is ALWAYS going wrong here. They have 3 elevators for 34 floors which is bad enough but way too often only 1 elevator is running which causes wait times of 30 minutes to a full hour. Oh and there’s no stairs that go to the underground so if you need to get to work and there’s only 1 elevator running… you can’t even take the stairs to get to your car, you just gotta wait 30 minutes to an hour for an elevator. Hope your boss is understanding when this happens every other week.
The building & most workers are very good. We have been mostly satisfied with the service, except for the incident on April 5th. As a group of Perla residents, we have booked the amenities. The security worker dealt with us in a totally unpleasant disrespectful manner & violated our privacy & totally ruined our party.
