First time here. I came for a long acrylic refill. She filed the nail down to get the gel off to THE TIP EXTENSION! I said it looks like she filled them too much, she said no. I thought she would thicken it up. No. I had to ask her 3 TIMES to make them thicker bc they're long, it needs the support. Very respectfully until the 3rd time bc she must not be listening.
