Where do I even begin We are renters for 6 months now and during the 6 months we had total appliance tech here at least 10 times. We moved into a dirty condo which I express to Perla it needed to be clean. Our water hot water came out dirty, our a/c is 30 years old and we had tech out 3 times just in past month. Also we had no water for a week because it broke. Water heater was also old and was told from perla before moving in it was new.
