Me, my wife, or children have never had same day service. They always say you have to come back. Well my new dentist was closed on MLK day so I called them to ask if they could pull a wisdom tooth that was hurting. They said sure at 2pm. Well guess what.... they did xrays to charge for an exam and said can you come back in 9 days..... excuse me!? Once again a complete waste of time and dental benefits.
My children's fillings have started chipping and falling out. Management excuse was unacceptable and the Owner who is suppose to be a Dentist never would call. We've been going there forever but I'm never going back....neither are my 2 kids!
absolutely NOT and their lame management couldnt even deal with a customer issue!!!
First time customer and I am no happy. Front desk is on social hour with friend and daughter who walks in and checking cell phones. My appointment is at 1:00 pm andI still haven’t been seen engender though I arrived at 12:55 with paperwork completed. The high point was Dr.A and techs in the back.
RecommendedAfter my visit to the South Dallas location. I highly recommend it to any one needing dental work. Gaby and team provided me with top notch service and toke care of all my dental work. From start to finish was the best dental work experience I ever had. Thank you very much and I will see you guys at my next visit!!

RecommendedGreat experience, the South Dallas office had very nice staff and made me feel comfortable. I sort of put off going to the dentist so it's been awhile, but my teeth have never felt better and they are sooo clean. I almost dont want to drink coffee again.... almost!
