it was a bit hectic and a long w8 on getting in, couple hours at least. once i got back the dentist argued with a manager about a patient the majority of the time. the only thing that was good for me really was that since i dont have insurance and work at a pizza joint ,was that i could pay as i get the work done. it didnt have to be all at once. would have been better if they offered a payment plan but i guess thats asking too much.
The customer service is trouble and the dentist don't know what they are doing. The manager is RUDE. They make you wait for a least 3 hours. Please look some where else it you need a Dentist to go to. The Perla Dental in Lancaster needs to shut down. God Bless you if you decide to not listen.
I took both of my sons to Perla Dental here in Lancaster, texas and the customer service is good but that is the only thing that is good my sons went to them in Oct of 08 and the teeth that they work on will have to be redone and will cost me out of pocket right now my sons teeth is hurting and they will not hold up to their work, if any body is reading this dont take your childen to Perla Dental in lancaster you might have to spend a little more money take them some were that will stand behind their work.
THESE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.THAY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE,FAST SERVICE AND WORK WELL WITH CHILDREN.
