I had a very disappointing experience with this bridal shop. I paid for custom measurements and was advised to order a size based on their guidance. When the dress arrived, it was significantly too large in multiple areas (hips, bust, and seat), to the point where a professional alterations company told me it would be extremely difficult to alter without compromising the design of the gown. I had the most amazing first bridal appointment EVER thanks to Lisa! She made the entire experience so comfortable, memorable, and exciting. She was incredibly hospitable, made me feel beautiful, and somehow knew exactly what I wanted — it felt like she could read my mind! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 1000/10 would recommend Lisa again and again!
I do not write reviews lightly, but if my review saves future brides from being without a dress 4 months before their wedding, then it's worth writing. I purchased my dress in July 2025 and picked it up in October. I had the most incredible experience at Perla Bridal thanks to Lisa! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. This was my first bridal shop appointment ever, and she pulled a variety of silhouettes and fabrics at my request. As I tried on dresses, she would explain where each one was made and by who.
