I was very disappointed with my experience at Perla Bridal. When I had found my dress, myself and my guests at the appointment made it a point that I would need the dress in at a certain time due to the fact that I was traveling to my wedding location and to allow time for any alterations needed. We ordered a bridal dress the beginning of January and were promised it would be a maximum six months for delivery. We explained that if they could not guarantee it on time, we would have to get a different dress because of the wedding date. At the end of six months, not only was the dress not in, but they hadn’t even followed up on it and then explained it would be another 3 to 4 weeks. Such an amazing experience here. Their selection of dresses are infinite, and I really felt as if my opinions were heard and I really appreciated how helpful Sonia was when choosing dresses for me and broadening the possibilities. Everyone was very supportive and kind, I'm so glad I chose this bridal shop!
They were so attentive and helpful! They were able to help me find a dress quickly and get alterations the same day because I messed up my other dress. Not to mention, the dress was gorgeous!
AVOID During my appointment I was assured that the size they recommended would require only standard, minimal bridal alterations. When I picked up my dress, I commented that it looked too large, but I was told this was "normal" and that alterations would fix it. However, after consulting multiple independent bridal tailors, I was advised that my measurements were likely recorded incorrectly, resulting in a gown that was several sizes too large and required extensive reconstruction.
