Breathtaking incompetence with a simple order to purchase and deliver flowers: I wanted to surprise a special lady with flowers. I hit their website and filled out the on-line form to purchase and deliver some flowers. Their form asked for an email address to contact me and the phone number of the recipient of the flowers. When I entered my CC info, I was asked for the email associated with the account. Note: On their website, it is impossible to specify flowers be delivered and exclude the delivery fee from the total. You will get better service and prices from your local grocery store. Cant speak for others but I have ordered here twice and will not be back. Much better options available locally. I received very bad service.
We stopped in near closing time to get a bouquet for our granddaughter. They quickly assembled a beautiful arrangement that exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff that worked together and even gave my wife a couple of special flowers for herself. I highly recommend this florist!
