10 out of 10! This place is truly wonderful. The gentleman at the front is exceptional—incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and impressively efficient even when he’s in a rush. He clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. The two cooks are equally fantastic, and the food is consistently delicious. I make it a point to visit every single time I’m in Monroe for work; Perks truly makes my weekly trip so much better! ♥️
