The inspector bought a trainee to the inspection and by the time I showed up for a debrief, I pointed out several things that had not been noted. It appeared that the inspector let the trainee do the inspection. That would have been ok, if after the inspection report I had shown the electrically problems and when I called the inspector to tell him about it he acted as if it was not big deal and told me to call an electician. Lyle is great! I am no stranger to home inspections and this was my best experience to date. Lyle was thorough and patient and didn't blow issues he found out of proportion. Got the report the same night. He's a keeper.
