We recently used Perkins Roofing to fix 5 leaks after a particularly poor re-roofing job that had been done on our house. Just had another roof repair done by Perkins Roofing on one of my rentals. As always, Perkins got the job done, the work area cleaned up, and my tenants are happy campers now that the roof leak has been repaired. If you own property, you need to keep Perkins Roofing in your property management first-aid kit.
