Delicious Pot Roast Skillet! Highly recommended. Potatoes seasoned to perfection. Veggies were sauteed as they should be. Roast was tender and tears with a fork. The dish was well put together, and I am more than full. The seasoning was on point, not overly salty and was full of flavor. I would recommend for sure.
Decided to give this location another go after my last experience was horrible. I thought perhaps their service had improved since my last visit. Last time I was there I had a server who was not only rude but extremely unattentive. My husband and I went in during the lunch hour yesterday. The hostess was very kind. I don't normally write reviews unless I get bad service. But I find this Perkins in Maple Grove MN to be Awesome. This is my families Perkins of choice passing by two other much closer Perkins just to go to the Maple Grove location. Our server Taylor was attentive, polite and very in tune to our group needs. Excellent customer service polite service from staff and my meal was absolutely on point great job!
We had lunch with a group of 7 today and had a waitress named Sara M. She was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and personable. We’ll be back next Wednesday and will definitely ask for her again.
Best service we have had in a long time. And we eat out frequently. Jordyn was amazing always had our refills before we even asked. Checked back with us to make sure things were good. She was very busy and was hustling the whole time and it is nice to see in this day an age and we will be back.
I would go onto googel and read all comments and change all information about perkins. I went on Google website for perkins and all the info. Was wrong. None of the information was correct. I have been going there for over 15 years. I know about the egg price problem so I expected a change. I went online and all the info. Was from a long time ago. Perkins Scottsbluff NE ignores repeated gluten free need; puts gravy asked not to on potatoes which spilled over to meat and broccoli.; and refuses to compensate meal since it couldn't be eaten. $19.96 thrown away that included a tip. Advised in phone call that was done immediately that my meal would be compensated and it was not done. Do not eat there if you have any food issue. Expect bad service on errors with food.
