Pebble was amazing!
This is addressed to corporate officers. This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been in. When I first arrived I went to the ladies restroom, and the first thing I noticed was the smell, a mixture of urine and disinfectant. The toilet was loose, and there was no soap in the dispenser. Most disturbing was the black gunk around the tile on the baseboard, there was a quarter inch of this gunk.
