Really bad customer service ever! (The waitress who served me) she charged me before I'd even finished my meal. They never asked if everything was alright at my table. I had planned to have dessert, but they wouldn't let me since my bill was already on the table. I ordered potatoes and they brought me hash browns. It was my second time here and I don't think I'll be back. Thanks!! Food taste good, maybe if you open a drive thru, and the guy who welcomes ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️100% so nice with us

I dont live to close to a Perkins American but when im close i like eating there- every single time the food has been excellent and there is something for every appetite.

Ordered chicken noodle soup. When it got there waitress told me it was coming out with mostly broth and very few noodles. I had 3 small noodles! I sent it back! Not paying 5.99 for a bowl of broth when I ordered soup. What really made me mad was waitress did not ask or offer to see if I wanted something else!!. Not a good waitress!! Paying for it I told cashier, she did not apologize! I guess I am done with that Perkins!!
