Never again, food was cold; service was non-existent. I used to like your restaurant; but never again. ...food must be served at 165degrees...NOT EVEN CLOSE.You better pray I do not get sick....
Once we received our cold food, we never seen our waiter again. Had to have the hostess get our check. As a former server, I was horrified. This is the only time I have never tipped. We even asked for something and never received it. Glad I decided not to wait for dessert. Would still be there....
I have Misphonia , A condition that whistling, finger snapping playing drums on tables, literally cause mental anguish and anger. The waiter with the beard insist on angering me every time I go in there. The Manager is no help, He tells the guy to stop it. Which he will for about 5 minutes. Then he starts again. I loved Perkins. I used to take my grandsons there weekly. But I haven't been back for awhile. I finally talked my husband into going today. When we got there it was little busy. Normal for 930am...waitress to our order and brought our drinks. And that was the last we seen of her for 28 min. Had to ask for refill. Then still waited for food. When we did get it half of order was cold.. No manager to been seen. Has gone way down hill from last year Husband says we will not go back
