Waited an hour and a half no food and everyone around us was getting food. The waitress said the kitchen was backed up. It was not she didn’t put the order in. We will never be back.
When we moved to Casper we loved going to Perkins but things have definitely changed. We had to wait over an hour to get our food, most of it came out cold and the rest was only Luke warm. When we mentioned it to waitress, she asked if we wanted it warmed up.. if I wanted to microwave food I would've stayed home. After I drank half my lemonade I realized the bottom half of glass was very dirty. The restaurant as a whole was filthy. Will not go again.

We had the greatest server we ever had Friday night named Ian! He kept our drinks filled, kept us posted on our meal, & was funny; he definitely deserves a raise; yall need more servers like him! Keep up the great work Ian :-)
Just dont like the view of looking when hair is down touching ur food...you guys need to tie ur hair when delivering food to costumer...addition when person order no mushroom please no mushroom...follow or give the right order coz people pay same amount of what they ordered!
My pork chop was burnt on outside and not done on inside, it was not appetizing at all. The waitress finally offered to re-due, it but I was tired and didn't want to wait. I asked her to show it to the manager which she did. However, he never offered to even say he was sorry. My husband's food was ok. Here the thing, we were the only ones in restaurant. No excuse for serving something like that.
Always great services. The menu is great.. tried something new(egg white omelette) and it was so good, lots of flavor! The staff was so welcoming and helpful
Everything I ordered was under cooked. Cook trying to rush orders out to fast. Meal was remade...better and manager comp the meal
