I ordered a peice of pie to go and it was the worlds smallest peice that was all smashed and missing the entire bottom of the crust and all customer service could say was "we will let upper management know. '
We were seated at a table, and no one ever came back. Sat there for 15 minutes and we didn’t even get a glass of water, or a waitress to stop and greet us. Nothing. There were maybe 10 tables of other people, not really busy at all. In the time we sat there, about 5 more tables came in, they were seated, waitresses all over, still nothing. Not one person came to our table. I get it if they were busy, but it wasn’t, and I counted at least 5 or 6 waitstaff. Won’t go back! Horseshit service at its finest!
Terrible service, rude staff, cold food, I ordered the avocado eggs Benedict and they skipped the avocado. My dad asked for sugar free syrup and she didn't come back until his pancakes were basically gone. When we walked in the server who sat us said are you f***ing kidding me another table, we were there at 8 and got our food at 9pm.. you close at 10... Will never go back to this location ever again.

Kitchen is filthy . Look in the back door on the way to the bathroom yuck not eating there again. CLEAN IT UP
Have tried calling them 10 times in the last hr snd nobody picks up the phone ! For a 24hr place, someone has to be there over the dinner hour.. got the ph # off their website and confirmed with anothet location. Very poor business to not answer phone.
