If despair were tangible... this Perkins would be built of it from the ground up. From the missing sign and peeling paint, to the stale urine and moldy caulking in the bathroom, it exudes decay. Not just physically, but spiritually as well. Our server, ironically wearing a shirt that highlighted Perkins' "New Attitude", seemed like she would have rather been anywhere else... or nowhere else... again with the despair. You will love the view of the harbor. If your lucky you can wach our boats leave the canal. As for food it's what you will expect from perkins. The staff was prompt. And her attitude was great. She was also very knowledgeable.
