RecommendedI have been a resident at Perkins Parke for well over 6 years. I can't imagine living anywhere else. This is the nicest property I have ever seen. I feel fortunate to live in such a beautiful complex. Management and the maintenance staff are impeccable. They make sure the property is kept up well, They work hard to do right by the tenants. There is no crime, it is quiet and gorgeous. The ones who complain are the ones who don't want to follow the rules. Since I have been here, there has been no increase in late fees. Beautiful units, crime free, quiet, very clean inside and out. There hasn't been an increase in the late fee, for at least 7 years or longer. This property is phenomenal.
In a time of crisis they have risen there late fees. apparently they don't care about what's going on around him they just want to be greedy I can't say I would recommend anyone to live here
