I’m very happy with my new home. I’m so impressed with how the process of obtaining my apartment was & with much help from Traci, the complex manager…. Very kind, down to earth, & willing to help me in any way!! Would highly recommend this apartment community!!
DeGeorge Management has been wonderful! Moving in was a breeze - everything was easy and super clear! They have a client portal which makes signing the lease, paying rent, and submitting maintenance requests a breeze. They also respond to text messages and maintenance requests SUPER FAST. Any questions we had while moving in or the few odd maintenance things were taken care of almost immediately. The portal is a BREEZE to use. For two years, I happily lived here in a spacious and generously appointed apartment. Living in the quiet, convenient complex helped me keep an independent lifestyle even though I didn’t drive. The landlord is accessible, kind, and honest. The maintenance team is prompt, competent, and trustworthy. This is a safe and welcoming place for renters of any age located convenient to the business district and public schools.
This apartment complex is situated in a relaxing and beautiful wooded area away from the main road so it's very quiet. They offer townhomes and apartments. I have a 2 bedroom apartment with an outside entrance that looks out to a large courtyard with mature trees. The apartment is roomy, spacious and well maintained. There is a lot of green space around this complex. The apartment has an abundance of natural light, and comes with one assigned parking space.
