The service was horrible I really wanted to cry. There was no communication whatsoever. And I was very patient and understanding. I came in early like 30 minutes which was fine. 5 minutes after appointment was supposed to start I’m still waiting. My boyfriend got his very first pedicure here and he loved it (he was so nervous) staff is absolutely amazing and they call you by your name!!!!! I booked a hard gel backfill. I've had this service elsewhere but it's hard to find in this area. I arrived at 6:55 for 55min service for 60.00 which is the normal time I've experienced with my other tech. The tech did not recognize the type of hard gel used from my previous manicure..first red flag but I continued with the appointment.
