If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Perkins Motors, and from the very first day, it’s been one electrical nightmare after another. The doors malfunction, the liftgate won’t operate properly, and the touchscreen system constantly fails. I’ve brought it back multiple times, and every single time, Joe and the rest of the Perkins team have refused to take responsibility or fix the issues properly. Warning no communication! No respect for your time!! Daniel is terrible. If you get him as a service advisor…RUN!!! It is worth the drive to take your Jeep any where else!!! Unless you are okay with being ignored, mistreated, belittled, and taken advantage of!!!
I had brought my truck it to Perkins for some clarification on what issues I had with my turbo diesel. Perkins “team” had come up with an answer for my truck to only sit in there lot for 8 weeks. They had diagnosed a bad TIPM. And a turbo after telling them the one in the truck is only 4 week old. After that amount of time it sat waiting for a new Tipm, I did research on my own to find out the part was discontinued.
