I've had a hard time finding an investor friendly attorney in NY, then I was referred over to Stephen at Perkins Law, PLLC and for us this is where we will be permanently handling all of our closings in the state of NY. 5 Stars!! Called His office to purchase a property. No real estate agents involved just the Seller and Buyer which was me. The initial call was absolutely as professional as it could be with all the questions answered immediately, and clearly understood. His fee was worth every cent.
