The receptionist needs to go. Let a message and talked the owner on the weekend about getting it fixed Monday. His secretary/receptionist never called me. I had to call her and she was quite rude!!

Never had the chance to speak with anyone other than the receptionist. That was enough for me to decide to go somewhere else. She was completely rude. Some people just shouldn't be in jobs where they deal with the public!!!
On Friday and Monday, the fellas from Perkins came out and installed a new heat pump for my home. Courteous, pleasant, and men who knew what they were doing is what I received when using this company for this need. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of assistance with their heating and cooling needs. :)
Wouldn't do business with anyone else! Their customers are their priority!
