Hey, just wanted to share what happened this morning. I went in for urgent dental care on base. I didn’t agree with the dentist’s recommendation, and I think I had every right to question it. Instead of moving forward, I asked for a referral off base. After that, things took a turn. The dentist was extremely disrespectful and rude. They were aggressive, patronizing, and even twisted what actually happened during our conversation. It was really unprofessional and honestly just not okay.

i wish i could leave a half a star. this clinic will run you on a daily wild goose chase for something as simple as getting scheduled for an appointment. got told by the dentist i needed an appointment. go up front to schedule. no appointments come back monday morning. come in on monday. no appointments call tomorrow. Mrs.Parker, the civilian that sits at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional! This affects SOLDIERS, UNITS, and OVERALL READINESS. unreal!

They never answer the phone. Mrs Parker is rude af and needs to be fired. The dentists and assistants are great though.

Thanks to Monique. I felt an actual sense of being cared for in the dental office and made the day better. Very professional and caring
