Front desk lady is rude and unhelpful. There was a miscommunication with my appointment scheduling and when I asked her how I could clear it up she basically told me to kick rocks. Super disrespectful. If I could go anywhere else, I would. For future reference, get all appointments confirmed and in writing.
Didn’t know what I needed done. But once I got there they explained everything very detailed and clearly for me to know what is going to happen. They always make sure that I was numb and even if I had very slight discomfort they would make sure it was taken care of. 5 shots into my face super nice people. Thank you so much, and I’m excited to go back and see what else the military has in store for me.
When I needed my wisdom teeth out and my xrays showed it couldn't be done at their clinic they were able to schedule me a new apt within a month of my original surgery date. The staff had all of this figured out within an 1 hour of seeing my xrays. They were great! Super understanding and fast acting. Thank you Mrs Parker and Mrs Gould!
