We used Perkins as our personal tax advisors as international expats for a couple of years. The “old guard” experts like Carol Ann were knowledgeable and professional - they were pricey but the fee was clear upfront. The new team with Brittany Wright Mendez and Rebecca Winslow basically copy and paste answers from AI and charge thousands of dollars for advice that was never mentioned to be outside standard relationship. I would look elsewhere for US tax help.
