Excellent Company, Best quote out of the 6 companies I checked with. Installation went well and service guys were so friendly.
I’m very disappointed in this company and how they’ve handled my service. Workers late getting to the job and finishing the job, laid the wrong carpet, didn’t tell me I had to move everything in the closets prior, missed carpeting my closet in master even though we went over it on the initial consult, broke my sleep number computer box, transition in one room broke and elevated the piece is still not fixed, the worker was suppose to come today with no show and no call, reimbursement for wrong carpet took over a month. Warning, Don't buy here, I purchased commercial carpet from Perkins in august of last year and it is wearing thin, leaving deep furniture marks which cut into the fibers and under all the office chairs there are circles where the carpet is wearing thru. I called Anthony and of course nothing is being done for us. I have the contract where he wrote this carpet will last 5 more years than the one we chose. The last carpet we bought lasted over 15 years without any problems.
