My two year old very healthy Aussie had a face spasm/seizure episode. I rushed him in, and we were sent home with pain meds and antibiotics. A few days later he had another episode. When I called to go back for testing/help, it took 4 days to receive a call back. We were told by the vet owner he wasn’t considered “important enough” due to COVID causing a shortage on staff and supplies and therefore they couldn’t do anything for us. I have been going here for more than 11 years. I do have a dog with heart issues and they have been awesome to deal with.. They are friendly and very respectful. They have always fit me in whenever there is an emergency. I would never go anywher else. The staff and Techs are super as well as the Doctors..

They made the process of helping my dog cross the rainbow bridge as painless as possible. Compassion to his humans in our grief and spoiling of my doggy until the end. I hope no one ever has to use this part of their services, but if you do, they are fantastic.
Thank you to all staff who made the trip to the vet so easy. Pleasant and respectful phone etiquette from staff when making first patient appt to check-in on appt day. Very pleasant technicians and Dr. Gerardi addressed every concern I had with my cat. I recommend this Veterinary Service.
Our cat Luna was in labor over a period of 2 days. She was able to deliver 3 kittens on her own. After an ultrasound we learned she had 2 more kittens to deliver. The Vets and rest of the staff were amazing with their true concern for Luna and her babies which ended up needing to be taken by c-section. They showed great love, empathy and compassion to our Luna girl and her babies even though we had never been there before. We are so 5hankful to all of them! Sierra, Diane and Luna Brule.
