The car I left with them for repair was stolen from their lot. This happened at the Raymore location in April, 2018. They left it unlocked with the key in it over the weekend. I know this because when the police found the vehicle a month later, the key was with it and there were no signs of forced entry. Mistakes happen, but the worst part is that they lied, trying to pass off a key I had never seen before as the one to my vehicle. Please note that my previous experience was good which is why I came back. I dealt with an older man who looked like he managed the place and got my windows fixed. The next time I was here, I dealt with a different couple (guessing they are married but I have never seen them before previous to this) - older woman and man (who is the owner) and it was very disappointing.
