They messed up an ad and said washer/dryer was included. I saw the house, no washer/dryer and asked for confirmation and Jake said with a signed lease it would be instead of admitting the ad was wrong. After applying, I was approved and sent a lease. No washer/dryer. I asked about it and they told me they'd compensate me to go without what they had assured me would be included (i feel like they were hoping i wouldnt notice).
