This is the hardest review I have ever had to write. I am writing it in the hopes that no one has to go through the same kind of experience I had with Periwinkle Pet Clinic, because some things can never be fixed when they go badly. Just established vet care for my two Golden Retrievers. They had an appointment for me just a couple days out. Very little wait time at the clinic. The staff were very courteous. The vet we saw was very friendly and professional.
The vet charged me a office visit, etc for two little bumps on my dogs neck that were puss filled and sat there squeezed till they bled- said she didn't know and sent me on my way. Not pleased with past visits either so I completely left that clinic. Weeks later I transferred to a different vet in north Albany and they told me she had staph infection right away... The vet was also very unfriendly and rude :/ was very displeased with my time there.
