The staff is nice. I don't like their billing practice of making you pay the full amount upfront and waiting for your insurance to pay them before refunding you the insurance payment.
They have a new young lady in billing. Stacy was great with my billing!
Megan in billing is sarcastic and inept. Billing is horrible. The overbilled and would not return our money until third visit to office requesting our money.
