Dr Lusby and his team of professionals (Dee, Stephanie) are in a league of their own. I went to him to seek advice and ultimate treatment following an improper implant by another dentist. Dr Lusby was thorough in his diagnosis and took the time to explain the unfortunate situation with intellect and compassion, but what I have appreciated the most, is he is straightforward with his words. This is a superior practice. The front office is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The hygeniests are top notch and super people. I don't think you can find a better oral surgeon around here than Dr. Lusby. They have been a great team for me.
Appointment was easy to make, and I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. Dr Lusby’s assistant was friendly, professional, and thorough in preparing me for Dr Lusby to evaluate my implant. Dr Lusby arrived, introduced himself, and explained the evaluation procedure. He was professional, friendly, and explained each step of his evaluation. Upon completion of the evaluation he went over several treatment option along with his recommendation. I highly recommend Dr Lusby and his staff.
The doctor and staff did an excellent job of explaining what that were doing and answered all the questions I had.
I scheduled a consultation after seeing four other doctors and just not feeling heard or supported. The reviews spoke for themselves, and I have to say the experience went above and beyond. You walked in and you greeted so Warmly. You’re truly made to feel relaxed starting within the waiting room. The staff was so informative through each step in the doctor sat down and talked to you face-to-face and treated you like a human instead of a patient. I cannot recommend this practice enough.
