My experience began with Dr. Urling's assistant, Raquelle. She helped to reduce my anxiety, and was by my side throughout the procedure, making sure that I was comfortable, had water, etc. She had an acute awareness of anything I may have needed while sitting in that chair, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Urling was remarkable. He is quite busy, as evidenced by his waiting room, but he made me feel as though I was the only patient there. I've been a patient for many years, but have encountered too many mishaps with the office staff and most recently since my hygienist has retired. I received no satisfaction during my phone calls and my complaint letter went unanswered. I'll be taking my business to a more caring, professional office.
I felt very comfortable the minute I walked in the door. Amazing front office staff, professional and courteous assistants. A great experience for a not so great one, if you know what I mean.

Hi, my name is Frank DeRocco. In May 2015 my old root canal had gotten infected and could not be saved. Dr Urling had to Remove 1 of my Molars. It was not Easy but He Took his Time and did not Rush it or my tooth would have Shattered and it would have been a mess. I just saw him for an Implant, which again he Did an Amazing Job. Always Polite, Professional, Well Kept, and always Pain Free. I also had my Teeth Whitening done by Nikki. Cindy and the whole staff are Amazing. Thank you All!
Dr. Urling is an expert periodontist, he and his staff are skilled professionals. I find his office is staffed with a superb team of experts who genuinely care about their patient?s dental wellness.
I have had 5 implants and gum surgery and had no problems or pain with this doctor. I also have my teeth cleaned there and Nicki is great.
