Easy to setup and have a short consult ($70), but after 5+ calls and emails in the week following the appointment, I have been unable to receive any response from their office (I have been trying to request a copy of the consult notes). Their voicemail box is also full – quite unprofessional. edit: Their office was coincidentally closed the week I tried to contact them. They fulfilled my request promptly once they returned. Recommended to change their voicemail greeting when the office is closed for vacation.

This is the first time in my entire existence that I seen a provider so uncaring for his patients. Greed is written all over his face. Terrible work , I don't recommend this orthodontics to anyone. All those great reviews, it must be from his staff. If you need orthodontic work looks else where, terrible place horrible dentist. He should be reviewed by the American Dental Association.
