Okay, Let's talk shop here. Who else is TERRIFIED of any dental procedures for absolutely NO REASON?! Me too.... Well, When my dentist sent me to a Periodontist because I had neglected my poor gums like I was on Castaway with Tom Hanks but I was Wilson, with teeth. I came in for my consult. Certainly not up-to-date on treatment and the staff is very rude. They will actually hang up on you as a customer. Avoid.
I was referred to Dr. Northcott by my family dentistry because of concerns. I was already dreading the unknown but upon arrival the office staff, the aids, the hygienist, and Dr. Northcott all made me at ease explaining the process in detail, next steps, and future care. Everyone there is sincere, professional, and experienced. I have heard horror stories about the scaling and the rooting procedures, but I walked out not in pain and as the topical and shots wore off it was very minimal. Very good experience!
