They require you to be at the appointment pretty early, yet don't seem to abide by the same rules themselves on the timing. Had to wait a long time just to go back even though I had an appointment. Be sure to add 45 min to your appointment time because that's how long it will take just to get called back.

My wife made sure that insurance would cover her procedure, and was informed by the staff there it would be. Then several months later, we get a bill for almost $150. At some point, the are out of network for ALL insurance. So instead of telling us up front so we could change providers.. we get a bill. Would not recommend due to their money grab.
Where to begin, Dr. Bruns, my excellent dentist recommended Periodontics of O'Fallon for my oral surgery. Esther and Dr. Ida Zarrabi took just over an hour to complete the bone graft. I was given pain meds and told to ice up in case of swelling. Happy to report I didn't need the ice or pain meds in fact if I wasn't witness to the procedure I wouldn't have believed I had surgery. Just had a follow up visit and total success. Dr. Ida thank you!!!
After having an appointment scheduled for a month this office called a week prior to the appointment to reschedule for a later time that day. When I told them I couldn’t do later that particular day and had asked for a different day altogether the woman on the phone stated she would have to talk to the dr and call me back. I never heard back from them. If this office can’t even schedule people I can’t imagine dealing with anything else with them.
