Certainly not up-to-date on treatment and the staff is very rude. They will actually hang up on you as a customer. Avoid.
I was referred to Dr. Northcott by my family dentistry because of concerns. I was already dreading the unknown but upon arrival the office staff, the aids, the hygienist, and Dr. Northcott all made me at ease explaining the process in detail, next steps, and future care. Everyone there is sincere, professional, and experienced. I have heard horror stories about the scaling and the rooting procedures, but I walked out not in pain and as the topical and shots wore off it was very minimal. Very good experience! I am so happy to have found Periodontics of O'Fallon. The staff were super nice and very helpful. My hygienist (Wendy) was just phenomenal. My teeth are happy and I couldn't have asked to be treated better than I was.
