My experience here has been extremely positive. From the person who greeted me on the initial phone call to the reception folks at my initial visit to the medical assistant who got me started to the Dr. who did my examination to the person who detailed the surgery day process and insurance info. The thoroughness and clarity of the exam was exemplary. Very positive experience so far.
It was first impressions and only for 15 min but everyone was happy, kind and accommodating. All my questions were answered with details etc. Will see how things go during and after surgery.
I'm very happy with the level of care and professionalism from Dr. Shaya and hygienist Jennifer.
