Our experience with this practice involved a surprising lack of transparency regarding fees. On our first visit, we were charged an unexpected $40 for basic photos of my gums that you could have taken with a phone. A week later, after a brief consultation, we were billed an undisclosed and surprising $125 per person. We were never informed of this consultation fee beforehand. My husband then posted a review detailing our experience. In a public response on Google Reviews, the practice stated they had waived the fees and ask... read more

**Update** This office is also deceptive and liars. They will edit what they say and not expect to be help accountable. You sit there and state that you waived the fee, then we and up with this bill in the mail. You tried to extort us with threats of affecting our records because of our review, then because we diddnt, you decided the fee was not waived? I dont believe that. You were going to charge us regardless and that is your choice. The people who plan to do business with you need to understand your are not honest and wi... read more

During our first visit, the experience was pleasant, with engaging conversations with the dental team and a positive atmosphere. After the... read more

Update: Dr Cataldo DID tell us that he wasn’t happy with the performance of the product and no longer used it. He later explained that you use them occasionally on front teeth with less bite force as your response noted. However, as I stated, my husband made it very clear he wasn’t interested in a titanium implant and his records and xrays were sent ahead of time. When we got there, Dr Cataldo told us he had already reviewed his xrays so he was aware of which tooth was being extracted and could have shown the courtesy to let... read more

10 out of 10 service! Everyone is welcoming and Dr. Cataldo did an amazing job on my gum revision and answers all my questions. I no longer have a gummy smile and feel more confident. Thank you so much!
