**Update** This office is also deceptive and liars. They will edit what they say and not expect to be help accountable. You sit there and state that you waived the fee, then we and up with this bill in the mail. Update: Dr Cataldo DID tell us that he wasn’t happy with the performance of the product and no longer used it. He later explained that you use them occasionally on front teeth with less bite force as your response noted. However, as I stated, my husband made it very clear he wasn’t interested in a titanium implant and his records and xrays were sent ahead of time.
