I will say the hygienist is probably the best asset to this practice. But I would try to steer away from this practice for several different reasons. Although Dr. Cataldo was nice, I could hear him very clearly talking over the speakerphone and/or Zoom meetings from his office while in the waiting room. Please read before you contact this office . I was recommended to go to another office but unfortunately I chose this office because it is only few miles from my office . I had LANAP done and it was a major failure . Dr Jason cataldo was very welcoming at the consultation appointment and very assuring and sweet . The day of the Lanap , he was not even sure what he was doing . This is from Marilyn Hicks: Dr. Jason Cataldo, D.D.S., M.S.D. is amazing! Since 2005, Dr. Cataldo has handled all of my periodontal needs, including surgeries and regular oral maintenance. Most recently, he performed my dental implant surgery. His in depth knowledge and professionalism, along with his deep expertise, makes him the best!!
Our experience with this practice involved a surprising lack of transparency regarding fees. On our first visit, we were charged an unexpected $40 for basic photos of my gums that you could have taken with a phone. A week later, after a brief consultation, we were billed an undisclosed and surprising $125 per person. We were never informed of this consultation fee beforehand.
