I’ve been visiting Dr Yim’s office for the past two years for cleanings, extractions and implants and have never had a bad experience. The staff from reception to the assistants have always helpful and courteous.
When I was first referred to this office, I was very hesitant. I Told the receptionist I was nervous because of a childhood trauma event at a dentist appointment, and she recommended Dr. yim immediately. Upon my first meeting, I explained to Dr, Yim my childhood trauma. I shared with him that during a dental appointment when I was five years old, I, experienced a lot of pain, swallowed the tooth, and ended up in the hospital. It was a long journey with Dr Ryan Yim as my dental work was extensive. From the start I was put at ease and given hope of a positive outcome. The office staff and dental assistants are genuinely helpful and caring. Dr Yim is knowledgeable and so reassuring that I felt safe trusting him with the dental work I needed. He is a kind and compassionate person who cares for your overall wellbeing. Thank you Dr Yim.
