Everyone, including office staff, doctor, and dental assistants, are very professional, competent, kind, and reassuring. Clear explanations and instructions before and after the procedure, open discussion about options, and a successful outcome. Honestly, not a procedure I had been looking forward to. But now most definitely a procedure I am happy that I did (and it actually was not nearly as bad as I had feared - as a matter of fact, it wasn’t bad at all).
Everything went smooth with my check-in my wait time and my appointment. I have no complaints.
My hygienist was both professional and personal what a rare combination. Very good hands.
My mother who is 92 had crown fan off, roots were dead, we were able to schedule appointment in timely manner and mom was very impressed with Dr Lorson, roots of tooth were extracted without mom feeling any pain. She was especially happy that the assistant kept suctioning sections from oral airway so she didn't have that terrible choking sensation and feeling the need to swallow (as she has bad experience in past when airway was not kept clear) She has a very positive experience today.
