Providers were great, but billing was a pain in the ass and I would never come back here.
I had a very bad experience dealing with billing at this office. I paid over 1400$ for a procedure with Dr Witonsky in August and I was supposed to be reimbursed by my insurance for 50%. Initially I had to call 2 weeks after the procedure for them to file the claim and since then I have repeatedly called both my insurance and this office to settle the claim. A denial letter with what was requested from insurance has been provided to the office each time; but they never contacted the insurance or responded to what was reque... read more
